The second annual Local Government Case Competition sought ideas from students on how to embed environmental sustainability in DHS policies and operations. Forty-six graduate students from local universities were divided into 12 teams and each team presented its ideas to a panel of judges. These presentations, as well as an overview of the Competition and its structure, are described in this report.
